Everything about the hotel was great. It was quiet, easy to maneuver, and all around comforting. It was super easy to check in and get settled in. The bed was very comfortable and easy to sink into. The room overall was clean and perfect. I don't remember her name right off, but the manager on duty on Saturday was extremely helpful and sweet. She helped us try to get the TV working so we could connect to a live stream. She was so very considerate and kind. This is the hotel we will come back to over and over when we visit Madison.

I can’t tell enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were clean, you can smell the cleanliness when you walk in the door. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. We had TV issues in the beginning and they were willing to move us if needed and then the shower head in the bathroom fell and water went everywhere, we called them and they came up and helped clean and fixed it right away. The snacks and breakfast was a nice touch, location was great! All around a wonderful stay.

It was clean and staff were friendly, just make sure to clarify the deposit because I called and checked before booking but when I got there it was a different price other than that my stay was great

Awesome customer service from employees. For a hotel breakfast, it was pretty good, they have all the usual plus 3 different egg options, which were delicious.

Very nice new and clean hotel. Breakfast was minimal except for the coffee machines. Convenient location.
